Mobile friendly devices or from a desktop, Momentum’s versatile TeleMed connections allow for an easy visit with all of our providers. Whatever the need is for our patients we are willing to help meet take care of through delivery services and making sure you get the care you deserve.

A novel coronavirus (COVID-19) team with Momentum Spine & Joint’s top experts are working every day to make sure our facilities are prepared and ready to care for our communities. Momentum is also working closely with local and state health departments, as well as with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about a rapidly changing situation.

Video and phone visits allow our patients to meet with their provider, securely and confidentially. Video visits are available at all Momentum locations. We also know that some conditions, and some patients, require in-person care.
