Total Joint Replacement

Total Joint Replacement

In minimally invasive total joint replacement surgery, damaged or worn joint surfaces are removed and replaced with artificial joint components, which are then cemented and screwed into place. Surgery only uses small incisions, so the surrounding tissues are not disturbed unless it is unavoidable. Not all patients are considered good candidates for minimally invasive total joint replacement, but your surgeon will discuss all your options with you.

Uses

Total joint replacement of the hip, knee, or shoulder and more.
